Key learning aims and objectives:

The Neonatal Update Course is specifically designed for those who want clear answers to questions about the management of critically ill neonates, with a particular focus on cardiorespiratory aspects of care. The course also covers a number of other hot topics in the field of neonatal medicine.

By the end of this course, the delegates will be able to:

- Develop an approach to managing neonates with suspected congenital heart disease

- Understand more about echocardiography guided management of preterm neonates

- Discuss different management strategies of neonatal pulmonary hypertension

- Develop a clinical approach to neonatal tachyarrhythmias

- Understand more management of Respiratory Distress Syndrome (RDS)
